Our administrative responsibilities
include day to day assistance in
handling any and all matters
concerning your retirement plan. This
service may range from helping your
payroll company or department
prepare the monthly employee census
and deposit information to processing
plan loans and distributions. We work
with our client to make sure all
transactions are completed as smooth
and efficient as possible.
Some of our
duties include the following:
Prepare the Annual Plan Valuation
Prepare the Summary Annual Report
Calculate Match/Discretionary Contributions
Prepare all discrimination testing
Process plan distributions / loans
Prepare IRS 5500- series forms and
schedules

administrative services only. Our
independence and industry experience enable
us to offer our clients advice while remaining
objective in our recommendations. QPA
currently administers in excess of 250 defined
contribution plans which range in size from 1
to 500 employees.
