Non- standardized prototype plans and custom documents are also available. Plan installation and documentation include the following: Prepare sample board resolutions Assistance in the completion of the plan adoption agreement based on client specifications Prepare the Summary Plan Description Prepare employee enrollment kits		On an on going basis, you will be notified of future amendments to the  plan that are required to maintain tax qualified status.
